What is Intuitive Angel Healing?
As a Reiki Master trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, I initially started my healing practice doing pure Reiki. However, I found that the more I grew (and continue to grow) as a healer, and the more spiritual/soul work and education I do for myself, the more my own unique way of healing was developing. I would start a session determined to do straight Reiki and then find my guides advising me to include light or crystal healing. I have always worked with Archangel Michael and the Angelic realm and have also been drawn to investigate and include crystals, light, and Atlantean and Shamanic practices in my sessions.
Over time my energy healing has developed naturally to fit with my own unique gifts and my authentic self. Initially I called what I do Intuitive Energy Healing, but since the start of 2021 I have been getting a very strong message from guides that what I do is Angel Healing and I needed to rebrand. So here I am with Intuitive Angel Healing! And even though it took me a while to hit on the right label, I have to admit the guides got it right and it is exactly the right label for me.
Intuitive Angel Healing is first and foremost energy healing as guided by Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael and other Angelic beings, Light beings, Ascended Masters and Guides. Within this guidance I use the rituals and traditions of Reiki that I love, and layer on practices from New Age and Shamanic healing, as well as Light and Crystal Healing, to clear blocks, energise, heal, cleanse, and balance each client's physical and energetic bodies as well as their chakra system. I also work with past lives, Akashic records, karmic clearing and retrieval of soul fragments and gifts.
In my healing sessions I use crystals to assist and I choose crystals specific to each client as guided. During a session pure Source (Universe, God, Creator, Qi) energy is channelled to your body, chakras and energy fields via my hands. Because Source energy is universal energy - it is part of us all and we are part of it - the energy and your soul knows what healing is needed and where it needs to go. All I do is intuitively direct energy to the correct part of your body/energy field. I also use energetic light of different colours, particularly when clearing each chakra, and I wrap the client in light at the end of each session. I create a sacred space for every healing to ensure we are working in a safe and light-filled environment.
Every healing is tailored to your specific needs and leaves you feeling warm, positive and light. With every session you will feel more whole.
What Happens in a Distance Healing?
Distance healings work just like face to face healings, only you are in your own home. I still have my massage table set up as if you are there, but instead of having you physically in the session, I connect with you energetically. It is good if you can email or text me a photo of yourself prior to the session as this helps me connect.
A good healing session starts with a chat. At the time of your appointment I will call you by phone to see how you are and discuss any concerns/what to expect.
After our call you will need to find a quiet place to lie down where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session. It is a good idea to have a warm blanket on as you can cool down when lying still, and to also have a glass of water next to you for when you finish.
While I work you may feel sensations of heat or cold, or small aches, or things being pulled away. You may notice little tics in your arms and legs, and you may feel like you are floating. You may fall asleep, or you may be awake but quiet. Some people have flashbacks of past lives or loved ones. Some people don't feel or see much of anything and that's okay too. Whatever you feel in your session, you will notice changes in the days and weeks following as the energy shifts and settles.
What Happens after a Healing?
After your session it's a matter of getting up (slowly) and taking it easy for a while, just to let your body reintegrate, shed, and shift your energy. You may experience a range of emotions. You could be really relaxed, or a bit grumpy, or you may purge by crying - this is old stuff coming up for clearing, allow it to flow. You may also feel physical sensations and aches, hunger and tiredness in the days following a session so it's important to look after your body and energy - don't plan anything too strenuous the next day!
I cannot stress enough the importance of drinking water (or Body Balance) to help flush out any toxicity from the body, just like you would after a massage or physiotherapy session.

I recommend allowing a minimum healing and integration time of 2-6 weeks before booking your next session. It is important to let the shifts from energy healing settle in your body and life, and this takes time. After this integration period you may feel like booking in straight away, or you may not. There is no pressure from me to plan your next session. Simply let me know when you feel ready.
Why Energy Healing?
Because it's good for you. And because if you're on this site, chances are your soul wants it!
Intuitive Angel Healing can be gentle and spiritual, but also earthy and strong. This means it is suited to those already on a spiritual path and looking to clear energy and lift their vibration, but also to those wanting to dip a toe in the water of "alternative" healing. You may not feel it while it is happening, but the shifts created by your healing will be felt in the following days and weeks. Changes will happen: in your mind, body , soul, and life.
An Intuitive Angel Healing session is like a deep cleanser for your body and energetic fields. Every negative experience creates an imprint in the energy bodies, and can come to settle in the physical body and chakra system, creating dis-ease and imbalances. If you've ever looked up metaphysical reasons for physical illness or injury, or read Deepak Chopra and Louise Hay's discussions on health, you will have an idea of this already.
Over time (and previous lifetimes) these imprints form layers, like sediment in a river bed, and create more dis-ease within the body. Through Intuitive Angel Healing, we use energy to gently break down those layers. It won't happen all in one session, but over time we are able to slough away the old layers and bring you back to your authentic self, while also helping to remove discomfort and pain in the body. I make a point not to force any clearings - the soul knows it's own needs and limitations and should be respected. I tend to work through the chakra system as well so that these can be balanced through the session. The more layers you remove and the more clearing you do, the closer you get to becoming your soul self.
Even from your first session you will notice changes and shifts happening in your world. As you clear away that which no longer serves you from your energy fields, chakras, and physical body, you also lift your vibration/frequency, which allows you to resonate at a higher level and attract more high frequency (positive) experiences and things into your life, while advancing your own awakening process. If you've ever felt stuck, unable to move forward in life; or as if you can't get past a certain point, no matter how hard you try, you may be experiencing one or more energy blocks. Intuitive Angel Healing can clear these away and help you get going again. Likewise if you're feeling a pull in your heart that you just want something "more", these healings can be that spiritual gateway you might need. Even if you're just feeling a bit blah and you can't put your finger on it, energy healing can help set you on a brighter path.
Healing vs. Healing + Report
I offer two types of services, Intuitive Angel Healing, and Intuitive Angel Healing with Report.
Those clients who have booked an Intuitive Angel Healing with Report will receive an emailed session report detailing anything that came up during your session (e.g. visuals, guidance, past life information, soul retrieval, karmic clearing, chakras and blocks that were cleared). The report also includes a single card Oracle draw for you, and you are welcome to discuss your session further with me if you like.
Clients who choose the standalone Intuitive Angel Healing service still receive the full healing, but without that detailed report. You are still welcome to talk with me as much (or as little) as you like about your experiences but the emphasis is on self healing and allowing you to find your answers within.
Every client is different, and it follows that every healing session is different. Even the same clients will experience considerable variations between healing sessions. What each individual client needs at that time in their life is always provided. You will know intuitively whether you need a report or not, so listen to that intuitive guidance. There is always a level of follow up to my sessions so that, whichever option you choose, you can feel supported in the days and weeks that follow.

A lot of my clients are also Twin Flames, so if this is you, you will likely know how important energy clearing and healing is to your Journey.
Know that through these healings will clear your energy quickly, and that I also work with past life clearing, filing to the Akashic records, karma clearing, cord cutting, soul retrieval and the return of divine gifts - all of which help bring you closer to your soul self, and further into alignment with your Divine Counterpart. In fact it's not unusual for Divine Counterparts to visit energetically during a healing!
