Twin Flame Tarot Readings

Another day another tarot reading out of the blue. This is a general energy check-in for where the DM is, so if it resonates all good, and if not, it’s just not your reading today.

In the DM’s current situation we see delays and planning. While the reversed 6 of Wands flags delays in moving forward to victory, it also indicates that DM is quietly making changes and small achievements behind the scenes. Some may even be making secret plans out of the public eye to avoid censure and disagreements (backed up by that 5 Wands on the bottom of the deck - DMs life is not especially peaceful right now). The 9 of Pentacles for me in this reading is a karmic partner (or job/situation). This person is very focused on money and the “good things in life” and is fighting hard to keep the status quo. Failing that, they will fight to get the Lion’s share of whatever is divided up as this situation comes to an end. Karmic wants to hold on to DM, but if DM goes Karmic will do their best to ensure DM goes with as little as possible. DM is aware of what this person is like - in the 2 of wands we see him looking out to sea and doing some hard thinking. He has built a certain life, one that seemed to be filled with good things, the "right" things, but which was built on sand. All that is crumbling now and he understands that he needs to put in some deep thinking and strategise in order to move forward in the best possible way. He’s also looking out wistfully on where he wants to be and trying to work out how to get there - in this reading that beautiful open ocean symbolises freedom away from his castle prison. 

In the next row we have two pairings, the 2 of swords in reverse and Temperance in reverse. As I look at that 2 of swords I’m actually hearing the words “turned upside down”. DM has been in a stalemate, an indecision, facing a choice between two different things and this has turned their entire world upside down. This was a decision between heart and head and as such has not been easy. Coupled with Temperance in reverse it seems this decision has really thrown the DM out of balance. They have been/are working to fully right themselves in a sea of chaos. Given the next pairing of the second row, I feel this decision has been made and the DM is determined to move forward from that chaotic environment. In the 8 of pentacles we see him working hard, stepping into his own power and abilities, and working towards the financial stability he needs to move forward. This is coupled with the 10 of wands, reinforcing that idea of DM working hard towards his goals. Yes he is carrying a heavy load, but this card shows his destination, the town, in sight and we know that he is on the way to achieving his goals. DM has stepped into a mature energy, one of working hard towards a goal and achieving it. He is taking time to get things right in the 8 of pentacles, which dovetails nicely with the idea of planning and strategising his forward movement. 

This is also reinforced in the next row. The 7 of cups symbolises wishes and dreams and, yes, the visions DM has in his head to move towards. But also, with this card being underneath the reversed 3 of swords, it still links slightly to that indecision and blindness in decision making, as well as being careful what you wish for. Where in the past DM may have blindly moved forward towards visions and goals that seemed shiny and new and exciting (or even just socially acceptable), they have found in this recent round of indecision and chaos, a realisation of what goals and dreams are true and which ones are simply illusory. This is something the DM has been forced to think about very hard and which ties in with the Temperance reversed and the 2 of wands. Where in the past DM has held onto the wrong dreams and created an imbalance in his life, he is now ready to let go of this and move forward, as shown in the next three cards. I am absolutely in love with these three! All these cards came out together with this beautiful yellow sunshine energy in them showing celebration, self-love and personal power. We see the Knight of pentacles moving forward with an offer towards the Queen of pentacles who looks back at him over that gorgeous 4 of wands - the celebration (and wedding) card. This is a DM who is planning and working methodically towards his goals. He knows where he wants to go and he is determined to come in with his offer in a stable, secure, committed way in recognition for the Queen that he is approaching - she is someone he respects and values and he wants to show her that admiration in the right way. Both parties are looking at each other over the top of the celebration of a stable commitment. These three cards in themselves are something to be celebrated. I will say that this Knight is not one of the faster moving knights, but when he comes in with such careful planning you can be sure that the commitment comes with it - this is not a flighty card. As I mentioned the 4 of wands is a celebration card and also symbolises a return home, this DM is coming home to his queen. The Queen of pentacles is someone who has struck the perfect balance between nurturing and industry. She has been working hard also and has found that level of financial security that may have been lacking in the past. Both parties in this way are aligned with each other and moving towards the same goals, that goal of security, celebration and commitment.

Off to the side came the outcome cards and I was excited to see the Lovers and the Fool come out along with the High Priestess. The Lovers, presided over by the healing energies of Archangel Raphael (who showed up in a reading last week), approach each other naked - openly and honestly, there is nothing to hide anymore. This raw energy links with the Fool who steps out into nothing in the ultimate leap of faith. Both DM and DF have reached a point where they are ready to come forward openly, honestly, and take their places side-by-side in love. They may not have all the answers but both have done what planning they can and gained whatever security they can and are now in the perfect position to take that calculated risk of stepping forward together. Deep down there is an inner knowing of what is right and this is not really a difficult decision once all those outside influences and chaos are removed. As the DM has already shown his awareness and willingness to move forward, those influences have already lost their power. The High Priestess is DF in her power - spiritually aware, secure in her own divinity, manifesting all that she needs. She is aware of what is going on with DM and she is happy for him to do what he needs to do, while sending him love and continuing her own inner work. She knows this outcome of stepping into a new, true, love relationship is on its way and she is secure in that knowledge.

Three bonus clarifiers came out underneath just to finish - the 6 of pentacles shows this financially harmonious and abundant couple secure in their own energy and love. They are paying it forward, giving generously of their abundance, gifts, energy and love to help others. Which in the end is the ultimate twin flame mission, that coming into union and sharing joy and love while raising the vibration of the planet. After that beautiful card of giving we see that the 3 of swords has come up in reverse - confirmation that all third-party situations/old painful relationships are ended and have been left in the past. There has been movement forward into joy and harmony. The 3 of wands in reverse harks back to that 2 of wands at the start of the reading. We now see the DM no longer looking out and wistfully waiting for something good to happen, trying to plan his escape. He no longer needs to tread carefully and undertake the strategic planning which we saw in the early part of the reading, he has achieved his happiness and is able to live fully in the now, carefree and peaceful. There is no longer any watching and waiting because the gifts and abundance he was planning for have finally been achieved.
